The stated per person prices are based on complete care on board, consisting of
- 1 welcome cocktail, 1 cocktail during captains dinner
- 1 glass of house wine, beer, soft drinks or juice during lunch and diner
- Breakfast buffet
- 3-course lunch with choice in main course
- 4-course dinner with choice in main course and dessert
- At every moment of the day coffee and tea from the coffee corner
- Depending on the day program, we serve coffee and tea with sweet or savoury refreshments in the salon
- Midnight snack
Moorings and routes
We do our utmost to moor the ship as close and central as possible. Unfortunately, this is not always possible. The final location of a a ship depends on the allocation of the harbor master. These can always be changed. We are also dependent on water levels and on some cruises, the time of the locks.
Minimum number of participants
A minimum number of 75 participants applies to all our cruises. Unfortunately, the journey will not be carried out with a lower number of passengers. If possible, we offer you a suitable alternative. If, for this reason, the trip is canceled by us, you will receive timely notification. Depending on the travel duration four to six weeks before departure.
We offer excursions on many of our cruises; a beautiful view of the magnificent nature and the sights.. A walk through the city with a tour guide or a visit to wine cellar is regularly organised. You can sign up via the sent form or on board. The excursions can only take place with completed applications. Due to delays or other organizational reasons, it may happen that the excursion is changed or canceled.
Wheelchairs, rollators and disabled guests
It is always possible to bring your wheelchair or rollator on board. Keep in mind to take account with fellow passengers. For safety reasons, we will store wheelchairs and rollators that are only used ashore in a separate room. The crew will ensure that they are on shore if you leave the ship. We are in the possession of spare rollators and wheelchairs. You can reserve a rollator or wheelchair for use on shore when booking.
Transport by coach
Pick-up points and the times of departure and arrival are noted on your booking form. Other pick-up points are possible and on request.
Booking and travel documents
We send the booking confirmation and the travel documents to the person who is jointly and severally liable for the booking. When booking you must pay a part of the travel sum. After receiving the total travel sum, we will send you all necessary travel documents approx. 14 days before departure.
Means of payment
On board you will be able to pay your purchases in cash, per debit card or creditcard (Maestro and Visa).
